It’s almost impossible to watch a sunset and not dream – Bern Williams

If you are staying in Ajaccio or around, the best thing to do to enjoy a dinner + sunset by the beach is to go Porticcio or somewhere before/after along the coast. There are plenty of restaurants and the possibility to literally dine next to the sea overlooking Ajaccio and the “îles Sanguinaires” as the sun sets.  No need to say that my crêpe was cold after starring too long over the horizon.

Si vous êtes sur la région d’Ajaccio, une bonne chose à faire pour profiter du coucher de soleil en bord de mer (tout en mangeant) est d’aller sur Porticcio et la rive Sud. Plein de restaurants à disposition (oui certes c’est très touristique) et la possibilité d’admirer le soleil se couchant au-dessus d’Ajaccio et des îles sanguinaires. Un spectacle qui vaut le coup.
